Report content or a user

Trevel is a place to share real travels, not to harass anyone or post objectionable content. If you see something that breaks our Terms, here is how to act:

• In the app, open the profile of the user, or the photo in question, and tap the report option. Every profile can be reported, including its photos.
• You can also block any user from their profile. Blocking is mutual, so neither of you will see the other.
• If you cannot use the in-app option, email support@trevel.app with a description and, if possible, the username or a screenshot.

We review reports of objectionable content and take action, which may include removing the content and suspending or removing the responsible account, within 24 hours.

Common questions

Do I have to be at a place to stamp it? To earn a verified stamp, yes. Trevel checks your GPS location when you stamp, so a stamp means you were really there. You can also import past photos to fill in places you have already been, using the location tags your camera saved.

How does Trevel use my location? Only to confirm stamps and suggest nearby places. Your location is not sold and is not used for ads. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my account or get a copy of my data? You can delete your account from within the app, which removes your data. To request a copy of your data, email support@trevel.app.

Who can use Trevel? Trevel is for people 13 and older.
